WYQ140-35Y 无牙痕套管动力钳适用于陆地及海洋油田的测试、修井作业。设备配有液压背钳，使用专用无牙痕牙板或微牙痕牙块，并采用特殊压紧方式，减轻对套管表面的损伤。

The WYQ140-35Y non-marking casing power tong is designed for well servicing and well testing in onshore and offshore oilfields. A hydraulic backup tong, dedicated non-marking or light-indentation dies and a special clamping mechanism help reduce damage to casing surfaces.

  • Centers and clamps the pipe string for efficient make-up and break-out, without slips or hanging tongs for clamping the string
  • Reduces deformation of the main tong during high-torque operations to help extend equipment service life
  • Floating main and backup tongs allow relative torque measurement during make-up and break-out
  • The integrated hydraulic backup tong eliminates the need for a tail rope during operation
  • An open-head design provides quick entry and exit, with an integral tong head for strength and rigidity
  • The main tong uses an internal curved-ramp clamping mechanism; the backup tong uses hydraulic-cylinder clamping to reduce surface damage from roller climbing
