When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, message and any optional company, phone or WhatsApp details you provide. The product and page associated with your enquiry are included to help us respond.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your questions, discuss equipment requirements, prepare quotations and follow up on your request. Enquiries are stored in our enquiry system and may be delivered to our team by email.

If you arrive through an advertising link, the campaign identifiers from that link may be included with your enquiry to help us understand which campaigns generate relevant requests. We do not include your name, email or message in website analytics events.
