The XQ140/20YB (same as XYQ20) hydraulic power tong is a larger power tong used in oil field drilling and well repair operations to load and unload oil pipes, small drill pipes, and small casing threads within the range of Φ 73-140. It has a greater torque than the original XYQ12A power tong and is an essential tool for drilling and well repair in high sulfur gas fields, offshore oil fields, and deep wells.
The jaw plate of the tong head divided connect with die seat and needn’t to change any part during making up or breaking out the different tubes.
Four-gear rotation is adopted for large speed regulation range. And the rated torque is large.
The braking mechanism set above the tong head cover. It’s convenient for adjustment and maintenance.
The new hydraulic backup tong and the master tong form a combined tong, operate the control valve on the master tong, the backup tong will automatically clip or simultaneously loosen the tube pillar.
Adjust the oil supply pressure, users can obtain the best make-up torque of various kinds oil tube.
Users can equip hydraulic suspension according to needs, the suspension valve compactly contact with hand control valve, so it is easy to control.
Users can equip torque control system according to needs, which can accuracy control make-up torque.
