This product has the following features:
The structure is compact ,concise and light. Master tong is driven by low speed large torque hydraulic motor which matching with manual control valve. The backup tong just like a spanner.
The operating is briefness and convenience with die. Put the corresponding size jaw set into master tong and the corresponding size gripper into backup tong. turning the reset knob in correct direction then can make up and break out sucker rod by operating manual control valve. Two speed, snapping at low speed, spinning at high speed.
The braking mechanism set above the tong head cover. It’s convenient for adjustment and maintenance.
The new hydraulic backup tong and the master tong form a combined tong, operate the control valve on the master tong, the backup tong will automatically clip or simultaneously loosen the tube pillar.
Adjust the oil supply pressure, users can obtain the best make-up torque of various kinds oil tube.
The low gear has large torque, it is particularly suitable for difficult break-out thread cause of corrosion e.g.
