The downward opening screw on machine is a type of screw on machine with the main back clamp facing downwards, used in oil field well repair operations to attach and remove pipe rod joint threads. It consists of two main parts: the main clamp and the back clamp. The back clamp is fixed on the bracket, and the main clamp slides left and right.
The main clamp head is an inner curved roller climbing bi-directional clamping. The back clamp adopts a dual oil cylinder lever clamping structure, which can achieve full coverage of the pipe column by the clamp head. The main and back clamps are matched, and the control lever of the multi way valve can be operated to clamp or release the pipe column separately with the main and back clamps. It can be equipped with a torque control system to set, control, record, and save torque, and automatically draw a torque cycle curve.
