The hydraulic bucking unit is suitable for the manufacturing, assembly, repair, and disassembly of downhole pumps, downhole tools, oil pipes, casings, and other threaded connections in oil fields. It has the following characteristics:
The master and back-up tongs clamp and release the work piece synchronously.
The machine master tongs and back-up tongs are a four planetary claw bidirectional clamping mechanism, which does not require the replacement of any parts within the applicable range.
Optional torque automatic control system according to user needs.
The back clamp is equipped with a hydraulic walking mechanism that can move with the workpiece.
