The SLD8026 Hydraulic Make up/break out unit is an important device used for disassembling. assembling, and maintaining the threaded connections of various driling tools, pipe strings, and downhole tools inthe petroleum and geological industries.
The SLD8o26 - type hydraulic disassembly and assembly frame designed and manufactured by our factory is developed on the basis of absorbing the advanced technologies of similar foreign equipment and in combination with the current situation and characteristics of China's petroleum industry. This equipment is suitable for petroleum, geological and other departments. It can be used for the disassembly, assembly, maintenance, and inspection of drilling tools, downhole tools, testing tools, cementing tools, and various petroleum pipes.

When the equipment reaches the target torque, it can continue to maintain the same pressure without pressure increase or automatic pressure relief; Torque and clamping force can be controlled at the same pressure value.

There is one system pressure gauge, one high and low torque gauge, one pull/push gauge, one emergency stop button, and several hydraulic operating levels on the console.
When the low torque gauge returns to zero and reaches 900PSI, it will automatically switch to the high torque gauge, and the high torque gauge will continue to display the pressure value and torque value.
The front of the console is equipped with a safety guide plate, and the steel thickness of the safety guide plate is not less than 3mm.
