Shenlida's bucking unit catalogue contains five product configurations. This guide compares the published Shenlida products; it is not a universal classification of every bucking unit on the market.

Continuous 360° bucking unit

The continuous-rotation model family uses hydraulic main and back-up tongs and describes automatic torque control and recording. Its parameter tables cover multiple SLD models. For example, SLD 10-136 lists a 60–254 mm size range and maximum torque of 136 kN·m; SLD24-260 lists 60–615 mm and 260 kN·m. These are separate model ratings, not interchangeable limits.

YNJ hydraulic bucking unit

The YNJ160/15 and YNJ200/15 use synchronised main and back-up clamping. The published size ranges are 1 9/16–6 in and 2 3/8–7 11/16 in respectively. Both list rated low-gear torque of 15,000 N·m and high-gear torque of 2,600 N·m. Automatic torque control is optional.

Bottom-opening bucking unit

The bottom-opening configuration is described for pipe and rod thread connections in workover operations. The page describes its downward-opening clamp arrangement and optional torque control, recording and curves. Confirm numerical capacity with Shenlida because the page does not publish a capacity table.

SLD8026 make-up and break-out unit

The SLD8026 is described for assembling and maintaining threaded drilling and downhole tools. Its published maximum make-up torque is 150,000 ft·lbs and maximum break-out torque is 190,000 ft·lbs. Headstock and tailstock diameter ranges differ, so check the complete clamp and die configuration.

Skid-mounted bucking unit

The skid-mounted product page provides equipment imagery but no published numerical ratings. Send the proposed workpiece size, torque requirements and installation layout to obtain a confirmed configuration.
